安装或更新 Yandex Maps 失败的解决方法

常见错误码和含义

Yandex Maps 在 Google Play 安装/更新时可能出现以下错误：

iOS 上安装失败一般直接提示「无法下载此 App」，没有具体错误码。

逐步排查（Android）

1. 检查系统版本

系统设置 → About phone → Android version。

• 如果低于 Android 8 → 升级系统或放弃（旧设备不支持）。
• 注意：部分中国品牌手机有自定义系统（EMUI、MIUI、ColorOS），版本号可能和原生 Android 不同，以应用商店显示的兼容状态为准。

2. 检查存储空间

系统设置 → Storage。

• 可用空间 < 1 GB → 清理：删离线地图包、删旧照片、卸载不用的 App。
• 清理完建议至少留 2 GB 再装。

3. 检查网络

• Wi-Fi / 移动数据切换试试。
• 如果在中国大陆（无法访问 Google Play）→ 考虑用 APK 安装包或其他应用商店（Yandex Maps 也有 Yandex Store 版本）。

4. 清理 Google Play 缓存

1. 系统设置 → Apps → Google Play Store。
2. Storage → Clear cache。
3. 再到 Clear data（⚠️ 会清掉应用商店偏好设置，但不影响账户）。
4. 重启 Google Play → 重新搜 Yandex Maps 安装。

5. 重启 Google Play 服务

系统设置 → Apps → Google Play services → Force stop → 再打开。

iOS 排查

1. 确认 iOS 版本

系统设置 → General → About → iOS Version。需要 iOS 17+。

2. 检查 Apple ID

App Store 里退出登录 → 重新登录 Apple ID → 再装。

3. 时间日期设置

系统时间不准会导致应用无法下载：

• Settings → General → Date & Time。
• 确保 Set Automatically 开启。

4. 网络重置

Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings（会清除 Wi-Fi 密码，之后重新输入）。

如果应用商店不行：
